You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information, claims, names, photographs, trademarks, logos, videos, and other materials you provide to us.

By submitting materials to MyPress-Release.com, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use those materials in providing the requested services.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel work involving content that we reasonably believe is false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Editorial and Production Changes

To create an effective press release or related media content, we may edit, condense, reorganize, rewrite, format, or otherwise adapt information supplied by you.

When appropriate, we may also create headlines, summaries, narration, graphics, video, imagery, or other supporting material.

Clients are responsible for reviewing final materials and notifying us of any factual inaccuracies or required corrections before approving them for publication or distribution.

4. Distribution and Third-Party Services

When distribution is included in a purchased service, MyPress-Release.com may use third-party platforms, publishers, newswires, distribution networks, hosting providers, media services, or other vendors to deliver or amplify client content.

These third-party services operate independently and may maintain their own editorial standards, terms, policies, technical requirements, and publication decisions.

MyPress-Release.com cannot guarantee that any particular publisher, journalist, media outlet, website, search engine, social platform, or other third party will publish, retain, index, feature, or promote a press release.

5. No Guarantee of Media Coverage

Purchasing a press release or distribution service does not guarantee editorial coverage, interviews, news stories, search-engine rankings, social-media attention, sales, leads, website traffic, or any other particular business result.

Media organizations, journalists, publishers, search engines, and online platforms make their own independent decisions regarding what they publish, feature, index, or report.

6. Client Approval

Where client approval is requested before publication or distribution, approval constitutes confirmation that the client has reviewed the material and accepts its content.

Changes requested after approval, publication, distribution, or completion may require additional work and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Payment

Payment is due according to the price and terms displayed at the time of purchase or stated in a separate written agreement.

Work may not begin, continue, be delivered, or be distributed until required payment has been received.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our services involve custom writing, research, editing, media production, and other work performed specifically for individual clients, payments may become non-refundable once substantial work has begun.

If a service includes third-party distribution or other outside costs, amounts already paid or committed to third parties may also be non-refundable.

Any refund or cancellation eligibility will depend on the service purchased and the amount of work already completed.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients may use final deliverables created specifically for them for their intended business, publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions that may apply.

MyPress-Release.com retains ownership of its underlying processes, templates, systems, methods, software, designs, and other pre-existing intellectual property.

Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

10. AI-Assisted Production

MyPress-Release.com may use artificial intelligence and other digital production technologies as part of its writing, editing, research, image, audio, video, or production workflow.

AI-assisted content is used as a production tool and may be reviewed, edited, modified, or combined with human-created material before delivery.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving factual claims and final materials relating to their organization, products, services, personnel, or announcements.

11. Prohibited Uses

Our services may not be used to knowingly distribute false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person or organization, violate intellectual-property rights, defame others, promote illegal activity, or otherwise violate applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service when we reasonably believe these requirements have been violated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPress-Release.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our services or from the actions or decisions of third-party publishers, platforms, distributors, journalists, search engines, or media organizations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular purchased service will not exceed the amount paid to MyPress-Release.com for that service.
